How to Request a Refund
We believe in our products 100%. Every day we work to make you happy and put a smile on your face using our service — but we understand it isn’t easy for everyone. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, or you face an issue we’re unable to solve that makes the system unusable, we’re more than happy to provide a refund.
To start a request, email us with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the following:
- Your transaction / order ID.
- A clear description of the issue you’re facing.
- The reason for your request.
In some cases we may ask you for proof of the issue, and we’ll share proof of our work and findings in return — so both sides can understand the decision clearly and transparently.
Conditions
Please understand that we can’t provide refunds for technical issues unless you first allow us to properly investigate and assist you. If we’re unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will provide a refund. Our live support is available 24/7 whenever you need help.
Refund requests made within the window for a partially used subscription are refunded on a pro-rata basis, according to the period already used.
Processing & Timeframes
If you paid by card, refunds are generally processed and returned to the debit or credit card on your bank account within 20 to 31 working days.
Our payment processors handle the refund once it is approved. We always do our best to review and approve eligible requests as soon as we receive them and verify your information.
When a Refund May Not Apply
We will not issue a refund (or will issue only a partial refund) in the following situations:
The user is unable to set up their device or system
We provide our best support to set up your boxes, devices, apps and system in every assistance request. Because we cannot know the exact circumstances of your hardware and setup, our support is limited to our predefined configuration steps for supported devices.
Occasional freezing, buffering, or a channel not working
Almost all of our servers are stable, but occasionally a channel may freeze or stop working temporarily for various reasons — never permanently. Our engineers work continuously to fix these. Most of the time these issues are temporary and caused by:
- Fluctuations in your internet connection.
- An issue with the box, app, or your setup in general.
- An issue on the side of your ISP.
- A channel being temporarily down from the source or server end.
- Changing your mind or wanting to switch between servers.
Our Service Guarantee
We’d always rather keep you watching than see you go. Reach out first and give us the chance to make it right.
